Current Events > Badly need help, please. Fucked up on my computer

Long story short, I went into the display settings and switched it to what it recommended which was 3840 x 2160, but all the icons were super small so I changed it back to what it was, 1920 x 1200. But now all the colors are fucked up and dark/dull. For example, the top of the Gamefaqs page used to be that blue, but now it's some sort of purple on me end

I'm in really bad shape here. . .

I switched back to 3840 x 2160 and that gave me back the real colors, but I couldn't open up a game, and then when I opened up The Binding Of Isaac, it was so zoomed in that all I saw was the top-left corner of the screen. The entire thing was that top corner

Id probably just uninstall and then reinstall the video card drivers and support software.

I have zero PC knowledge. To be 100 here, I don't even understand what a driver is. I do not feel good at all messing with that sort of stuff

Is your computer even capable of that resolution? Is HDR on or off? Just restart the computer and see what happens.

I'm going to make a dumb suggestion. was your old resolution really 1920 x 1200 and not 1920 x 1080? maybe try 1920 x 1080, because 1920 x 1200 is kinda odd. lol

Already restarted it and don't know what HDR is

I've had this PC for about 3 years now and never had an issue until now. As for if it's capable, hell if I know, that's what Recommended was next to. Put why didn't it go back to normal when I switched it back to what it's been for 3 year now?

I want to cry right now. I know next to nothing about computers and I don't know how to fix this. It's horrible to even look at. YouTube videos almost look black and white

I wrote it down before I switched it. Even took a screen cap of it just in case since there are so many settings to pick. And yes, I've sat here and tried a few of them to get the colors back. The only setting that gives me back my colors is the 3840 x 2160 one it told me to pick, but that makes games unplayable since it only shows me a HUUUUGE picture of a single corner of the screen
