 Heckin yeah loved the last movie, One Piece Gold. Really the last few going back to Strong World have all been solid. This one has the Straw hats going to a pirate festival so all the old faces are going to show up and has Luffy teaming up with Hancock, Sabo, Law, Smoker, Rob Lucci and Buggy.  --- ... and for those who haven't been following, One Piece now has the same visual style as the Dragon Ball Super Broly movie. Both this movie and the weekly anime.

Is there any chance of them showing it with the Japanese voices and subtitles rather than the American voices?

they're doing both subbed and dubbed showings so you just gotta make sure you go to the right one
