This decides if I buy it or not. I want it on my PC but all my friends are playing it on Xbox. I dont want to play it alone but I dont want to play it in 30FPS either. So its either 60FPS or Im not buying it lol

I cant find any info on it. I know the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X offer 4K/30FPS or 1080p/60FPS as options. Nothing on the base consoles though

I'm not sure if this has since changed but I was under the impression that no reviewers got console codes. Just PC only.
