Natural progression is fine, but old school "send out weak one, replace with strong one, rinse, and repeat" was horribly tedious. The people who complain about full party EXP share are the kind of people who like to grind for thousands of hours in Disgaea's Item Worlds.

Yeah, but if fight ev training it means I have to go all physical or all special team.

Which is neat at first but gets a little boring.

Used to enjoy it, until the EV/IV system was unveiled by that programmer dude.

I still enjoy it to an extent, but it is much more of a headache now.
