If the case, motherboard, gpu, cpu, and psu work, I'd just replace the stick of RAM. Wait until end of year sales for upgrade.

Since I haven't been healthy enough to volunteer I thought I'd try Let's Playing again, or artwork, both need a better PC

I'm surprised those need a better PC and not just a part or two upgraded. Although if that is the case then go for it.

Just download some more RAM.

But for real, I'd just suggest more RAM but it isn't really that crucial.

Just upgrade your RAM and maybe your graphics card if you are having trouble playing things. You don't really need to drop that kind of money on something that's already working.

I got just the RAM and the SSD...

IDK how to install the SSD :V

Ok, I can check the manual or wikihow to do that... but, umm, what do I put on the SSD?

The OS, I think. Anything that read only, obviously. And, umm, not sure if I should put the Steam executable there since it patches often.

Is there an easy way to move my Firefox saved logins?

That's one of my biggest "terrors" when it comes to changing computer parts.

What else should go on an SSD?

My steam library definitely won't fit... since my HDD is 1TB and the SSD is only 320gb. Plus I often delete/reinstall small games.

Actually, I might be able to store ALL the small games on the SSD, and use the HDD for bigger games... but bigger games are the ones that need the most performance. On the other hand, I don't need all the games installed and I'm sure I could limit myself to maybe 8~10 "large" games installed at once... (large games being those that are like 10+ gigs).

On the other hand, 320gb is a lot of space if I'm not doing video stuff, which most certainly can be stored on the HDD.
