i have a 2015 macbook air, and the mbp bench marked faster than the mba, but the hdd made it so so so so slow. it had a 5400 rpm 500gb drive in there.

i put a 256 ssd and now its way too fast.

Unless you're storing a lot of media, there's no reason to not use an SSD. The difference is night and day.

if i dont cap my fps in games, my gpu has really bad coil whine. especially in menus where usually the fps is uncapped. my fps monitor will show like 900 and all i hear is:

Getting a stable 60 FPS is the most widely used anyways. That's why I want a GTX 1660 TI for my desktop computer. I have a 1080p monitor and that video card I mentioned is perfect for it.
