I dunno if that's something people do either but it worked. I dunno if there's a way to keep steak medium or rare while reheating it tho. Still taste awesome. Poured some on right before the picture, dipped the pieces into the bottom of the cup and then dabbed the extra off on the other pieces. So I was basically marinating the others as I ate. Everything about this fell into place perfectly. Wish I was smart enough to think of this stuff instead of just realize it as it happens, haha. --- Name checks out https://i.imgtc.ws/vBF8odT.png ...
