You can move on, and find someone else. This is the best choice likely, as when a girl/woman says this, you don't get her pussy dripping, or you don't have whatever qualities she wants in a mate (could be non sexual).

Or you can orbit her in hopes she'll either see you in a different light or maybe yall will get fucked up together one day and she'll decide to let you put it in her. I've done this before, and it still didn't work out for the long term, so unless you're just trying to wait a while to (maybe) get some pussy that might be overrated by your hormones anyway, it is better just to move on and forget about her.

Of course if you are friends with her and she is on the fence about fucking you, then make her jealous and she'll fuck you. If she has any female friends, try to fuck them. Or just somehow make her think you're fucking a pretty girl. That works about 99.99% of the time with women if they "kinda" like you but are holding out on fucking you for some reason.
