for files and stuff i'm fond of yyyymmdd, but that might be more cause im a software dev than a regular user. yyyy-mm-dd is definitely more human readable

My Social Security Number (CPR in Denmark) is written this way.

Well the first 6 numbers atleast, the next 3 are unique, with the final number being uneven for Males and even for Females.

This should really not be neutral. It's the best format, objectively. Well that and the one without dashes. It's also an ISO standard
