18 y/o Ugly, Benjamin Margitza from Nevada is accused of attempted KIDNAPPING of a 16 y/o Kentucky girl he flew 2000 MILES for after he became OBSESSED with her when they briefly talked on a STARING CONTEST APP 4 years ago!!

He was arrested outside Conner High School in Hebron, Kentucky and charged with attempted kidnapping and criminal trespassing

Police say he and the girl only briefly spoke on the now defunct app called "Flinch" 4 years ago

The Vegas kid began messaging her again this past year and began making explicit sexual statements and "obsessing over the victim by stating how he wanted to marry her"

She blocked the psycho on instagram and changed her phone number but then continued to pursue her by reaching out to her FRIENDS and social media followres in a bid to get her contact information again!!.

When one of her FRIENDS mentioned he was friends with the girl and lost contact with her, that friend accidentally gave PERSONAL INFORMATION to Margitza...

That caused him to book a flight to Northern Kentucky "with the sole intention of making contact with the victim"

Just before 11am, he accosted the teen girl in the parking lot of her high school and GRABBED her..

Lt. Philip Ridgell said that in his free hand, he held a bag filled with rose petals as the victim screamed and fled but he CONTINUED to follow her

A male student heard the commotion and came to the girl's aid by blocking his way and allowing the girl to run inside seeking help and she found the resource officer and reported what happened

Margitza was located at the back of an Uber by an officer as he was trying to escape

When interviewed, he said he would have folloewd the girl into the school if he wasn't stopped by the male kid.

His intent was to "engage in sexual intercourse once he got her back to his hotel"

The victim was PETRIFIED and visibly shaken by the encounter as the entire incident was life changing..
