I shower pretty much every day. There is probably one day a week I don't shower. So that day I don't, there is a good chance I don't change them...but nothing consistent

Basically this, but that's really it. I never have to do the "sniff test" on clothes because I do laundry really regularly and keep clothes on a shelves in my closet instead of in drawers, so it's always obvious when I need to do a load.

All the time. I don't get that sweaty and I wear nylon underwear that is pretty nonabsorbent. I change it when I shower which is every 2-3 days pretty much after a workout.

Yeah, basically the same. Clean underwear is part of the shower routine--I'm hit or miss on a shower on a Saturday, but I definitely shower the rest of the week. If I workout or get sweaty doing whatever then I definitely shower on Saturday, but if I'm just hanging out in air conditioning all day, its hit or miss.

The trick is I work in a hospital so everything else smells worse. An infected ulcer will overpower pretty much anything.

The trick is I work in a hospital so everything else smells worse. An infected ulcer will overpower pretty much anything.

A shower might take ten minutes a day. Take one.
