we developed a cutting edge process that's constantly being refined in an iterative process as additional data comes in.

this process is then applied in every hunt, but it takes time and is a process that over time will lead to proper results. sometimes the person we want gets away. sometimes we can't find the person we want.

tons of our targets do get away. but over time, the process will lead us to ultimately catching the right person more often than not. if we catch a target a few times a year, that's considered a successful year. it is unrealistic to have a 100% catch rate
