I remember this black and white FPS I played when was kid, I think it was called Bad Boys but I never really found it again. The basic enemy did a creepy little laugh whenever it engaged you in fight

Betrayal in Antara (Sierra, 1997)
 Still my favorite game ever to this day. The game is pretty much perfect in many areas, except for the ugly pixedelic graphics that scared everyone away. There was a demo game on PlayStation that was in Japanese. Kind of played like and rpg/hack slash I think. Probably 98' or so
