I saw a 4chan post 10 minutes before the suicide was reported where some guy who worked at the prison vented that van strolled in, ignored security checks like signing in, and replaced Epstein with another guy. There exists the concept of a Dead man's Switch, if that person were to die, some certain things would go into effect, sort of like a very specific will. For someone of his status with such high profile connections, I can't see him not having such a tool under his belt so that people he has blackmailed have every incentive to ensure his survival.
