2 witnesses, one of whom is a child said they saw him slowing down at a speed before before accelerating and LAUGHING as he intentionally heads towards the ducklings playing in a POND with their mother as they tried screaming for him to stop He hit 3 of the ducklings before fleeing the scene to his trailer park a street away 2 of the ducklings died on scene as one was rushed to a nearby animal hospital and was treated for broken bones When questioned by police, he denied ever seeing the ducks and could not explain why there was BLOOD and DUCK FEATHERS on stuck on his tires He appeared drunk and smelled of alcohol according to police and had red eyes Do you think this kind of animal cruelty should be a prison offense?
