Alucard188 08/09/19 12:31:50 PM #1:	I have Windows 10 installed on it, completely activated with my Windows 7 key. Now I'm in the process of copying all documents and shit to my passport for easy transfer. Once that's done, I'll take my storage drives out of my current computer and put them in my new computer. Then I'll have to learn how to fucking use Windows 10, because Windows 7 is so familiar to me. Anyone have any tips for Windows 10? I've already turned off as many data collection Services that Microsoft wants to throw in Windows 10 that I could find. Alucard188 08/09/19 7:25:02 PM #6:	It's going to take some getting used to, but so far, Windows10 isn't terrible. I forgot that UAC was a thing, so I had to search to turn that shit off. I also turned off Windows Firewall, because my router has its own firewall protection. No one's getting on that unless they have the password. I thought I could migrate my games cleanly from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using Steam and GOG's client, but it doesn't appear to be the case. Its default setting was to notify me every time I tried to install a program. I know when I'm installing programs, so I turned that shit off. It might be useful if Windows detects something in the background that I'm not directly doing, but when it does it every time I go to install a program?
