At a glance, it seems like it could be FL4K. They've got two skill trees that have similarities to Mordecai.

Stalker Skill tree:
Very sniper-friendly. Invisibility, increased handling, extra damage while still, and a chance for double-projectiles. Plus a pet that will distract enemies in a large area, which meshes well with a skill that does extra damage when enemies aren't focused on you/

Hunter Skill tree:
Lots of skills related to critical hits. Ammo regen chance on crit, increased reload speed on crit, bonus damage on crit, and skill cooldown on crit. Plus, in addition to its spiderant pet, there is a skill that is very Bloodwing-like, which summons rakks down (and additional skills that buff the birds)
