Figured I'd bring this up because maybe people here have these ideas. What's a place to help postive thinking? I'm not perfect and think some messed up stuff. Would be great advice for everyone.

Talk to someone. Get out of your own head and thoughts.

Hell, talk to a therapist. There should be no stigma for seeking therapy. Seeking therapy doesn't mean something's "wrong with you". Mental health is essential to be looked after.

I second the recommendations for therapy. that's probably the big thing.

there are other things that can help too, to some extent.

take some time for yourself. do a digital detox and read some stuff -- maybe Malcolm X's autobiography or some bell hooks. hang around with people who are actually informed on those issues.

it depends a bit on what the "thoughts of racism" are though. if you want to elaborate I might be able to offer more advice
