o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

So, he should have got a pass on playing, as well. Like how the kid you mentioned should have. And after reading a few articles about it, it seems that people do go to the hospital for concussions from being hit in the head/face with a dodge ball. Even if it's not a constant stream of people with dodge ball injuries, they do exist. And this kid was unlucky enough to have sustained one. While it is possible that he was bullied, I'm not gonna call it bullying unless there is more proof of it. Also ive been told a lot of people vet concussions and never realize it (addressing the how easy it is part) I was told years after the fact I likely had gotten one after describing to a person something that happened to me and how I felt after. For me I got kicked in the face by a guy that weighed 250 lbs conpared to my at the time 140.
