darkprince45 07/28/19 7:49:05 PM #1:	When I say this is the hardest call I have ever been on...in terms of how hard I had to think outside the box and use of a silver tongue Basically, I was pulling up to a stoplight where the car had a really dark cover on his plate so you couldnt read it. But I was like eh its early in the morning Ill try to get a better stop. But as the light turns green the driver immediately goes across 3 lanes to get on the highway on ramp. I stop the car and theres three passengers in a really nice bmw and they all have priors for drugs and illegal carry of firearms. But I really had nothing except for field sobriety testing on the driver because he was coming off a high, it was obvious. Plus every other unit was tied up so I had no backup. So it could have turned ugly. Thankfully a highway trooper was passing by and helped me. The dude passed the testing and declined a search of the vehicle. So Im just trying to brainstorm because I know theyre hiding stuff in there I just dont have a legal way to search. Then the lightbulb went off. Because of his priors and his demeanor, I asked consent to do a frisk of the vehicle for weapons. Which is basically a frisk of the immediate area a driver is in. I open the middle console and it literally springs open because its stuffed to the gills with pipes, foil, hypos, wrapped up dollar bills with residue on it. At this point I really have nothing but a misd. I end up sweet talking the driver into rolling on the chick in the backseat and he gives me consent to search his car if I dont charge him for his stuff. I go search the backseat and she stuffed some H in the seats. So I book her for possession of heroin. Then I get her to roll on him as a liar. He fucking hid heroin in his shift knob under the leather. I had to strip it down basically to bare metal and reach inside for a small tiny case tucked at the bottom with heroin. They both go to jail for heroin. Then I search at jail and he had more heroin tucked between his toes and she had stuff under her boob. The guy I arrested was 40 years old. I had his 80 something year old father come out and come take his car so he wouldnt be charged several hundred dollars to tow his car.
