When someone says "omg you compared X to Y what an awful person you are"...when someone acts appalled as a cheap way to win an argument, instead of trying to counter their point

Is it? I was going to say that but it seems too broad for this example. I was thinking this falls under a more specific informal fallacy. The main argument is that you're an awful person. "you compared X to Y and that's awful" is directly ignoring any sense of logic or argument and because it's not at all relevant to the argument, it falls under it. On the other hand if we said "you compared jews in world war 2 having their rights taken away to being grounded, that's awful, the jews literally had far less human rights, were beaten and killed for simply existing and your tv time is taken away for one day because you didn't do your homework for the past week" isn't under the definition because I presented an actual argument while giving an opinion that it's awful. --- Dogs playing poker is the greatest sport of all time ...
