Yeah. I was just going on i view them much the same as a standard actor. An actor can read a script for a movie some company wants him to do and say he/she doesnt want to do a particular scene and the company can either change the scene or say well sorry we will find someone who will.

Like ive heard they wanted tom cruise for iron man but he didnt want to wear a mask so we ended up with the much better choice for the role Downey jr.

I dont see myself casting a white dude as the lead in my movie. Not that I dont like white dudes. But Ive seen that movie.

To be fair, he did say that he explicitly wanted to make movies with black families, but he did also explicitly say that he's not going to cast a white lead in his movies. That feels like the same level of preference as this pornstar choosing who they do and do not want to put in their body.
