Dutch, English (both fluent) and enough French to get by as a tourist without too much trouble.

I actually want to improve my French, but I see no realistic way of keeping it up once finish a refresher course, since practically no one in my social circle speaks it well enough and I don't really have an opportunity to practice it in daily life, aside from helping the occasional lost tourist.

English is my native language. Japanese is the language I use most in my day to day life. Chinese I can read well, but speak poorly. Spanish feels like it keeps getting worse due to neglect (though listening I am fine still).
