I have, and then I used logic to wonder why he only denounces her (and other brown people) - this is a process by which we can understand a person's perspective. This combines with the second point - when he routinely describes groups of nationals in derogatory terms, that's the definition of racist. If Tucker said "Irish Americans are a bunch of layabouts with no work ethic that just drink Guinness all day", there isn't a specific racist word but a description.
