Since its abject failure, the prices have been plummeting and it hit the point where I figured it was cheap enough to be worth buying a cool Arwing model and get a free Switch game with it.

The game seems... okay. Weapons are too slow, but I'd imagine that's just an early game thing to leave room for upgrades. What I've seen of some of the other characters makes them seem fun enough to maybe be worth picking up their figures, but the other ship designs look pretty bland and having to buy useful weapons is going to be a major irritation.

But ore importantly, the Star Fox integration is, of course, awesome.

Anyone else play it? If so, would you say it's worth buying more toys (or their DLC equivalents, but the toys are cheaper if they ever turn up in CEX), or is the starter pack enough to fully enjoy the game?

i bought it for $15 mostly for the arwing model too haha

haven't played it yet. isn't there some additional star fox dlc that recently came out?
