In person, not at all.

When I'm driving, all the time. Even though I'm a good driver and haven't ever gotten ticketed, I'm always afraid of breaking some obscure law and getting whacked by it.

As a minority, there will always be some level of discomfort. On the other hand, I'm glad that my encounters with them haven't been too awful.

I was "suspected" of DUI in a couple of instances many years ago and did not face significant consequences. As a result, I know that all cops aren't bad eggs.

If you're driving driving around them yes, it's uncomfortable. They can flash their lights at you at any time for any little thing. I used to have a scanner in the car back when to know when I'm coming up on one.
