Dustin feeling betrayed that everyone got tired of waiting for his "girlfriend" to answer back after what seems like hours, surprise, nobody wants to hear you say "Suzie it's Dustin, do you copy?" for 5 hours

Will feeling betrayed that Mike isn't in the mood to play D&D after being threatened by Hopper and dumped by his GF, and that Lucas might be getting dumped too. Mike was in the right in this situation, they're not going to sit in his basement playing D&D forever

Thats not exactly what happened. Dustin had been gone for a month and wanted to hang out with his friends after being gone for so long. Mike and Eleven stayed with the group for like 5 minutes and then ran off to make out or whatever. The two of them were basically obsessed with each other and multiple characters pointed out how weird it was that they spent every second together. They were blowing off everyone all summer long.

And Will wasnt mad because they didnt want to play that one day. Throughout the entire first half of the season he wanted to play D&D like the old days and eveyone kept brushing him off. Then when he finally got a game started alike was acting like a huge asshole and making fun of everthing. Obviously D&D is lame but it hurt Wills feelings because his friends didnt seem to care anymore about something that had always been important to them. He didnt want them to grow apart but it seemed like he was the only one worried about this. I guarantee that next season he and 11 are going to come back and find that the entire group has split up and started hanging out with different cliques in high school.

He should cut them some slack, considering like half the town risked their lives to save him two seasons in a row. Yeah Mike could have been hanging out more but at least he was there, or does the effort not count anymore?

Will probably feels like he is the only one without a summer plan, and that the group of friends is all he has. Like some kind of clingy 5th wheel
