I ordered my parts on June 20. That was 13 days ago.
The last part came in on June 26, which was awesome because it was the first day of my vacation. I have it put together by the next day. But it turns out Gigabyte sent me a faulty motherboard. So I start the refund process for it and order basically the same product from a different company. It arrived a couple days later on the 30th, no biggie. I realize before my new MB gets here that I threw my thermal paste for the CPU cooler away because I thought I wouldn't need it, so I order more thermal paste. It was scheduled to arrive today (first day going back to work), it says it was delivered in my mailbox today, but it wasn't in my mailbox. It's probably in some neighbor's mailbox who only checks his/her mail once per month (I live in an apartment complex). So until I find out what's up with that, I have ordered more thermal paste from Amazon, expected to arrive Saturday. Maybe I'll be playing something on this machine by then. This kind of stuff is why I sometimes wish I had just stuck with consoles. ... Copied to Clipboard!
