I have a friend who had her car crashed in to a few weeks ago. Guy who did it was on meth at the time. 90+ prior criminal charges in the state of Oregon alone. Seriously. This guy was given enough chances and already deserved some hard time in a cell for being such a animal. That this guy is even walking free on the streets is proof of what is wrong with our judicial system. Hell, I've seen them be much harder on people who are first time offenders and for MUCH less.
