40 y/o Don Burger, an Oklahoma Town's ONLY POLICE OFFICER has been Fired AND is facing a charge of soliciting child prostitution and a use of a firearm while committing a felony after he asked a 16 y/o town girl to give him ORAL SEX while HOLDING HIS GUN!!

He offered her "lots of money" if she did it and was immediately busted on March 26th as he's known the girl since 2014 after asking to "speak to her"..

The victim says after she met him, who was a "role model" and a "father figure" to her as the married father of 4 asked her if she wants to "make some money" and offered a lot to her if she sucked his winky

She refused and then asked her if one of her FRIENDS, who are also underage, if they'd be interested and he did this whole winging his GUN around

She called him "sick" in messages sent online and he wrote "please don't rat me out" and "i didn't think about your age" as all of the text was then read by her mother who then alerted "other" authorities

He was busted by Grady County officials and almost 3 months later, he admitted to trying to contact a second juvenile female for oral sex

He said "i'm a professinoal, i am not going to deny anything, i was off duty, in my own car this wasn't tied to my job at all"

The girl said he wasn't in uniform when he asked but he had a gun with him "like he always does"

DA Andrew Benedict said they will prosecute him HARSHLY

Town of Cement Board Trustees voted to FIRE him immediately

A family member said "He is a loving, kind hearted man. That cares about his family"

In the meantime, Caddo County Sheriff will take over
