The queso is flavorless. One or two of the salsas are flavorful. But yea to always pack em in, lines to the door on the daily. It makes no sense. In Honduras, for example, they are not known to season their foods very strongly and go for a more muted taste. It's really only the touristy areas of Latin American countries that go ham with the spices for branding purposes mostly.
