I cant tell whats considered a stealth section or not

Guards are mixed with civilians and it just makes things awkward to sneak around.

Isnt this with a mod that enables unlimited mana?

Hardly representative of real gameplay

Fun fact: I like to play these games like this and Deus Ex as no kill, ghost.

When I first played Dishonored 2 and I had the option to reject magical powers from the Outsider Dude, I rejected them.

On top of that, I didn't realize that killing dogs and killing those giant clockwork robot things don't count as kills.

So I was effectively playing a skill run.

Even so the game was crazy easy with one exception. I reloaded every time I got spotted and there were only 3 points were I was spotted.

1. Once In the lighthouse I was jumping around like an idiot and just got spotted.
2. Once In the inventors clockwork house I got spotted by a robot when trying to leave

And 3. That fucking bit after the inventors house when you get off the tram and have to get back to your contact and there are 3 witches outside and only one path back.... If you can kill them or blink teleport It'd be dead easy, but trying to sneak past without being spotted was near impossible.

I got caught like 7 times in a row and in the end I cheesed it by making noises inside the ticket booth, then choking them out when 1 came in to investigate and the other two went to the roof. Then I had to wait until they wandered off and finish off the other 2

After that I replayed the game as Corvo WITH magic powers and killing people, and the game was absurdly insanely comically easy. I just speedran through the level massacaring everyone and beat the game inside 2 hours.

This

The game seems designed to be played slow and Stealthy, if you play it fast you will be spotted and just zip through the game like nothing.

Weird
Im opposite. On my first playthrough Ill try to stealth but not reload my save. Makes the playthrough feel more natural.

I usually do no kill ghost on my next runs.

But I aint rejecting magical powers, thats 75% of the gameplay

Nah, if you already know the layout to the area and the enemy placement then stealth is easy.

Gotta do the no-kill stealth first time round so you can fuck up and be caught off guard. IMO anyway.

I probably wouldn't have done if not for the fact.

1. I found magic to be OP in dishonored 1 and it's even more OP in Dishonored 2.

2. I wondered if it effected the ending.

I think if the option was in Dishonored 1, I probably would have taken the spells first time through

I mean you call it 75% of the gameplay when using them makes the game 90% shorter.
