Board 8 > 21 y/o Man DECAPITATES his Roommates DOG because she OWED RENT!!!!

21 y/o Big Ear Freak Jose Vega Meza from Aarizona was arrested after he brutally mutilated and BEHEADED his roommate's dog in a disgusting act of revenge because she OWED him MONEY as she was moving out!!

He SMILED as his roommate opened a box he snuck inside of her moving truck and discovered the horrifying body of her pet dog!!

He was arrested on Sunday and booked into 4th Avenuesame Jail on 2 counts of animal cruelty and 1 count of misdemeantor assault for an attack on another inmate.

She reported him to police stating she lost track of her dog and as she moved her belongings out of the nutbags's home.

She and her friends noticed him trying to discreetly loading a small box onto their truck without anyone seeing and when she asked him what was there, he just smiled and left until she opened it..and then saw her headless dog inside.

She was so distraught over teh discovery she waited until Sunday to call police.

When police questioned him he said he knew why he was being arrested and admitted to killing the dog because the girl owned him and his mom rent money

He said "I know what i did wasn't right" when he talked to police..

He apparently wrapped her dog in a string and then cut it open with a razor blade but refused to tell them what he did with the dog's head. He admitted he tortured and killed OTHER ANIMALS out of anger as he ENJOYED doing it!!

A neighbor named Victoria said she saw a woman coming out of the Buckeye home distraught and said she was crying and screaming saying he did something where 4 or 5 people outside tried to calm her down

There was a cat that also disappeared in the area as Victoria said there used to be a black and white one that would roam the area to their houses and now it's gone and believes he had something to do with it. Her sister and brother had 2 cats that also disappeared and he believe he is responsible as neighbors said the Vega Meza family are noisy and cause trouble
