Because the specs are so overwhelmingly superior compared to the alternative that there isn't even a discussion to have anymore.

I still own my G7 with no intention of upgrading soon. I need to see how viable 5G to even consider moving on to the G10 or above.

I typically just go for the Galaxy Note series these days. Typically great specs and lots of functionality. They look pretty good too, these days.

This except I go Galaxy S. I'd love to go Pixel or something, but they just don't quite match the specs especially screen-wise.

i like andriod phones because of how easy it is to use an emulator on them
not that i would ever do that though

i just like that i can in theory do that even though i would never!

Only complaints come to mind are fugly notches and headphone jack. Luckily former can often times be turned off. Latter, well buy a better model.
