Sounds like you want Duran/Angela/Reisz.
If you want even better damage swap out Duran for Hawk or Kevin. I went with Duran for the story with Angela.

Star Lancer / Nightblade / Grand Divina

You get buffs and debuffs. Star Lancer gets Riesz's best summon. Nightblade is a boss killer with Hawk's highest Strength plus debuffs. Grand Divina is a balanced caster and has Angela's highest Strength if you just feel like bashing people over the head. Archmage is an option, too. You lose some Strength and slight power on elemental spells (lower INT), but stronger Saint Beam and Poto Oil item uses (higher Spirit/Piety), and Rainbow Magic is a little stronger than Double Spell.

It's the first team I ran through the game with. Also, the wording is from the fan translation so there may be name differences.

Hm ok. If I'm Grand Divina with Angela (main), Lord with Duran, I want to have Hawk with me as my support somehow, but Wanderer doesn't seem to work well.

With that team, I'd take Hawk to Ninja Master or Nightblade.

Wanderer brings Aura Wave, which is stupidly powerful for characters with good L3 techs, and your team is lacking those.

Ninja Master if you need more help clearing screens of enemies, Nightblade for a single-target destroyer.

Since you have Angela with screen clearing, I'd go Nightblade.
