I mean i walked 12K steps per day, ate a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and a cup of fruit, and ate whatever i wanted for dinner. No snacks, nothing but water. Lost 20lbs in two months. Stay motivated it will come

Right now yes. Hes the planet Fitness member and Ive been going as a guest. When I get back from my work trip though, I will be signing up to 24 hour fitness because its closest to our house. Then he can either choose to join me when I get up at 5 am or sleep in lol.
Maybe if you go out for morning swims, then you can entice him with your nice Svelte Swim-Suit figure every morning.

I'm sure that would wake him up every morning =D
