yeah i'm leaning more towards the dress shoes too, they create more of a james bond feel instead of the jerry seinfeld feel of the sneakers. some sneakers do come in wide sizes FYI. i don't have wide feet, but i have large arches/high instep (tall feet) so i'm very sensitive to narrow shoes too. actually had to go up to a wide size in the dress shoes but they fit perfect now
