I'm walking my dog. She's a rescue and easily gets excited and startled. Not the best combination, but she's getting better (was abused in her first home).
I was walking her around my neighborhood and a jogger ran by. My dog jumped back and barked at him, he turned around and got in my face and told me I needed to train my dog better. I couldn't even process it properly before he had turned around and gone away.

I would have told him to uh ya know, go fuck himself and spit water in his face.

Yeah, I'm trying not to get worked up over it, in part due to the fact that he's not really wrong. It's frustrating to have to constantly watch my dog when we're walking so she doesn't start to bark at people around us.
I just feel like a bad owner even though I've gotten her so much better than when I first got her.
