I have spent far more than my fair share of time sitting on my ass, so I feel like this is an area I may be able to offer insight.

I'd stay away from leather or faux chairs, or anything too smooth or plasticky. Some of them can be extremely comfortable when you first sit down, especially the super padded and soft ones. What about after an hour, though? 2 hours? 5? Them bitches get hot.

I'm also not a big fan of the fixed armrests. I'd suggest looking for ones with independent and adjustable arms. Not only to they typically extend farther forwards, covering more area where arms would naturally rest, but the ability to adjust their height is only going to increase comfort by adjusting the chair to you.

I just browsed Office Depot and wasn't able to find my chair specifically to recommend (it's quite old at this point, I bought it almost 15 years ago), but I did come across one that looked interesting. It's only a mid-backed chair, which may work for you. I prefer a high-backed chair.

Like my chair, it's a fabric mesh, it will probably feel a little stiffer than some others at first but it will last longer and be more comfortable as you break it in. It also has some nice looking arms, which are also covered. It also mentions a tilt lock, I can't confirm it by the pictures but the adjustment arm definitely looks like the right style for a lock.

I probably should lead with this, but the best advice anyone could give is just to try sitting in as many as you can. Visit some office or furniture type stores if you have any near you. I spent a couple days just sitting in probably hundreds of different chairs before finding the one for me.

Costco has some really nice chairs. My roommate picked up a La-Z-Boy Big & Tall executive office chair for about $220. He's neither big nor tall but it was the most comfortable chair they had and since it's designed for people up to 350 pounds, it should last a hell of a long time for someone who weighs about 200.
