Because deus ex isn't really a stealth game. It's a play how you want game. Splinter cell chaos theory was hard as balls if trying to guns blaze.

Tbqh, there's very little in the way of proper stealth this Gen.

Also I agree, mankind divided was way better as a shooter than a stealth game, too many cool things to use.
