Ive covered my skin up for around two years now, always wearing long sleeves. My body save for my face and hands hasnt had any exposure to direct sunlight in about two years.
What do I do to minimize damage to my skin when I go outside and try to tan? --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Yeah take it slow.
Once you start to darken a bit youre skin will tan with less risk of burning. Just get a base tan a little bit at a time and go from there. --- "I got a rolla truc, look" ~ sleaford mods "The most tender place in my heart is for strangers." ~ neko case ... Copied to Clipboard!

A lot depends on your skin type but start slow and let your skin get used to it. Youll be more sensitive to the sun since your skin hasnt been exposed to it in so long. At first you wont be able to last as long without getting burned but as you get used to it youll be able to last longer. CanuckCowboy posted... Yeah take it slow. Thanks guys. Try wearing a short sleeve and shorts and then go out in the sun for 30 minutes and apply sunblock afterwards.
