yeah its not terrible anymore. they gonna be adding VR in the next update.

props to hello games tho. they couldve abandoned the game after the disastrous launch, but they stuck with it and fixed it.

Id enjoy it more if i could get my 360 or xb1 controller to work with it on PC. I want to put more time with it but not being able to use a controller is a bit of a game breaker for me b

play and charge kits and wireless adaptors are pretty cheap

all you need is a USB cable with Xbox One controllers for PC.

I have a wired 360 controller and wireless xb1 controller, neither work for this game. Both work flawlessly for every other game with controller support on steam. Im not buying a third controller on the small hope it would work on this one game.

I disagree with this statement. But it also depends on what you are looking for. It's sort of a survival game, you are responsible for your own resources (Oxygen, fuel, etc).

You can either go exploring, go to many different planets, you can trade, you can settle on a planet and build, you can become a pirate, you can even own a capital ship.

There isn't s set way to play the game. Sure you can follow a story (and admittedly it is better than what it was, but it still average) which gives you a little explanation why you are there, why you are doing what you do, but I myself, like most people, just ignore it.

Yeah, this. I bought it on a whim last year and...meh.

If it was a little more free-form with the building and mining mechanics, like Minecraft/Terraria, then itd probably be fun.
