Both Google Hangouts and Youtube just went slow, but every site not owned by Google is running fine.

Was told it's an East coast thing. Probably Google servers on the east coast went down

Yeah, Indeed.com and LinkedIn were running slow for me. Youre probably not familiar with those sites, though.
