yeah it's p good when it's bbq'd or grilled

i'm gonna learn how to make my own jerk paste soon. normally i buy the jars but it's not the same

would be good to learn to make my own jerk bbq sauce tho

Theyre on the smoker right now over oak lump charcoal and pecan wood. Im doing 225-235F for about 6 hours or whenever they look done.

nah it's ackee. it's jamaica's national fruit. but the texture is very similar to scrambled eggs
