There is so much conflicting information out there.

I eat them whole. I like the taste. How about you?

I stack hard boiled yolks on a small plate and snack on them during the evening

It wouldn't surprise me if some dumb alt-right group has really started doing this. They chugged milk for the same reason.

Personally, I eat the whites and yolks.

Eggs are lot like coffee in that a new study comes out every six months contradicting the last one that says they were healthy, "but now they're not!".

From what I understand... they're considered so damn good for you (especially the yoke) that weight watchers changed them to a zero(!!) point food on their charts.

The added saturated fat does elevate the saturated fat in your blood levels, but only for a few hours to a day while your body flushes it all out.

Eggs have so many great nutrients, minerals and others things that I can't believe my ears when people tell me they don't like eggs.

Eggs are so good and so versatile, too.

I have no issue with whole eggs. When making scrambled eggs though, I do both egg whites and whole eggs. But that's mainly for calorie counting reasons

Prefer the whites but I dunno what I would do with just yolks aside from waste them, so I eat both.
