Because school admins are super afraid of parents

She asks to go to the bathroom or to grab something from her backpack and takes things from others cubbies (we don't have lockers). And she also tries to get into rooms during lunch/while coming in and out of recess.

Admin has told me I cannot:
- move her cubby into my room so she can't use that as an excuse to leave the room
- require the classroom aide follow her to the bathroom to make sure she doesn't take something while in the hallway.
- or give her really any consequences for taking things that belong to my other students.

She has been caught stealing things multiple times but admin has done nothing except talk to the parents which have threatened to make a big stink about it because they're the only black family in the grade I teach.

And of course the principal doesn't get all the shit from the parents of kids with stolen food, toys, phone cables etc. I do.

Alright this is what you need to do.
Get their threats of crying racism on video and recorded audio.
Do not edit it.
Include a time and date stamp on it.

Punish the little shit and if they cry racism upload the video of the shitbags threatening you with phony racism claims.
