Bro, I also believe sometimes a mod will have a grudge against you and will start a personal crusade against you but whenever I do, I don't try and call him out on it. Going out to prove a mod is corrupt by unfairly targeting you will do you no favors. It will tear you down even more.
The best thing to do, regardless if they are truly targeting you or not, is to lay low until things cool down. If you have 3 modded posts(NWD or not), then it's time to double down on stopping your usual posting style that's getting you into trouble. Suck up your pride even if the mods are wrong and just quiet down and lay low. Not getting warned/suspended is the biggest win and revenge you can give the mod that wants you gone. Trust me. One time a former mod really had it for me so he literally went through all of my history and modded all of my posts that he could to give me a bad rep and build my mod history to put me on alert to be warned next. I just stayed chilled as fuck and my mod history got cleaned as fuck and the mod in question got triggered as fuck and threw a huge melty about it and I won big money.

mods are toothless on this site. theres no way to stop someone from making an alt or slowing down the making of an alt. even if you openly say "im so and so who just got banned" they still wont take the effort to ban you again.
