Anxiety hasn't left me completely in around 3 years. Still fresh air and walking/hiking certainly helps. On my last walk I rescued a Lamb. That was fun.

I definitely understand how you feel. Ive been feeling a lot of anxiety lately because work can be so stressful, but I just try to tell myself it isnt worth getting frustrated over. Its tough though.

Definitely. I had a period of huge anxiety at work and felt such stress all the time. I got offered to go to a different project and accepted it. Then the anxiety kind of went away (for now) and I feel silly for complaining and going to a new team since it was kind of all in my head. But it's hard to have that perspective when you actually feel it

It's weird how everyone can have anxiety but we all don't have the same anxiety, we feel it different. Like for me it's not stress getting to me, it's just bouts of freaking out, like i'm gonna go crazy, then it passes and i'm alright.

Everyone has Anxiety as it's a natural human emotion. The best way to look at it is it's like a car alarm. It's there to keep you safe when in danger however if you have a disorder that alarm is simply broken and going off when there is no danger.

With me the one constant has been a head pressure. With that comes the other anxiety symptoms at times(light headed, dizzy, heart palpations, shortness of breath and so on). It's always one at a time though coupled with my head pressure. If I allow myself to go to deep down that rabbit hole it can turn into a panic attack. I've only had 2 full blown ones and I was on the edge of another last month. That's why I decided to try medication again and make changes to my lifestyle. I certainly have some form of death anxiety too.
