That u-play or whatever it's called?

I'm playing origins and apparently there are bonus items if I make an account at that ubisoft thing. Just wondering if people who really enjoyed the game (like me) actually took the plunge and made an account at ubisoft.

I think I have one, but mostly for Far Cry stuff. I don't recall ever getting a reward that made me think, "wow, this was completely worth the investment". It's always bobbleheads and maybe a costume or something.

I have one, I made it along time ago when I was playing one of the Splinter Cell games, I cant remember which game I was playing at the time. I got some bonus weapons and some lieutenants for Odyssey.

I haven't gotten a single email from them and I've had my PSN linked to it for so long I forgot what game I linked it with >_>. It's useful for Rainbow Six Siege renown

I dont get much from them. I honestly forgot I even had the account until I got an email saying use the points by a certain date or you lose them. Thats why I got the weapons and lieutenants.

No, its pretty mellow. Usually I just get an email when a new game is coming out.

It's worth it. Free shit. Plus there's community events in origins. I've been replaying it and unlocked a legendary sword for my participation

Hmm not a fan of that but I'm sure there's an unsubscribe button. I wouldn't normally consider an account but ac origins is just so fun that I wanna try every (free) thing. The gameplay, the likable characters, it's all so perfect.

God I hope odyssey follows suit because bayek is one of my favorite protagonists ever. He's one of the best ac protagonists since ezio.

I made an account recently when I started playing the Ezio Collection. But I ended up not even using it. I'm on Revelations now and I haven't done anything with it. I found I don't really care about whatever the points buy

I'm guessing there's an option to subscribe for emails cause I always deny that which would explain why they never send me anything. It's been so long though I honestly can't remember

I don't think that kinda stuff matters before ac origins because that game revamped the entire series. I'd honestly call it a different genre now. It's no longer the pseudo stealth action adventure series, it's now pretty much an action rpg with previous ac elements, and it's done in the best possible way.

Useless trinkets dont even matter in any of the past ac games, and as much as I love 2 the costumes, items and especially money were all pointless. Only ac 4 had a purpose for money, buying upgrades for your self and ship. Then it didn't for the past few ac games. Now Money finally has usefulness in origins.
