Some do, though, add an 'r' pronunciation to words that end in vowels

did you see that?
yes, i 'sawr' it

I thought that was more of an Australian thing.

Ned Stark and Theon Greyjoy both say "sawr". Also John Lennon--"I sawr a film today, oh boy"

Brits actually pronounce the word closer than the American left-tenant

And alum-min-nium sounds less strange and ah-loom-minum

Oh and pasta

First time I heard Gordon Ramsey say it I had no idea what he was taling about.

Thought you lads called everything "noodle"? Not surprised pasta threw you off.

I say pasta all the time, but with an a as in spa instead of an a as in fast.

people that say "Nukular"

This is worse than anything to come from our friends over in the UK tbh.

The weirdest part is they act like their tongue just won't do it, but they'll say "I have a nuclear backpack" when they think you asked them to say "new clear".

I think they spell it with that second Ialuminium. Just as they spell jewelry (American form) as jewellery, and pronounce it accordingly.
